Employee Benefits Manager

The Employee Benefits Manager leads the day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs, including health, welfare, retirement, and voluntary plans. This role manages and develops a benefits team, oversees vendor relationships, ensures compliance with regulations, and partners with Payroll, HRIS, IT, Legal, and HR Business Partners to deliver a high-quality benefits experience for caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a benefits team to administer employee benefits programs.
• Oversee vendor relationships and service performance.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Partner with Payroll, HRIS, IT, Legal, and HR Business Partners to resolve escalated issues and support open enrollment.
• Conduct benefits data analysis and reporting.
• Oversee eligibility and payroll deductions.
• Support benefit plan design initiatives, communications, and special projects.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and service-oriented team culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered).
• 5+ years of professional experience in employee benefits.
• 2+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits laws and regulations.
• Experience with HRIS and benefits administration systems.
