About the role
BancFirst Insurance Services, Inc. (BFINS) currently has an opening for an Employee Benefits Insurance Assistant position in their Oklahoma City office.
Training will be provided.
BFINS is a growing and dynamic independent insurance agency offering a very competitive compensation and benefit package.
Responsibilities
- Supports the Account Manager and Producer with tasks such as client marketing, preparation of materials for open enrollment, reviewing insurance applications, processing enrollments/terminations and changes with carriers, maintaining client data in the Agency Management System, and other job related duties and special projects as assigned.
- Regular and consistent attendance is an essential function of this position.
Qualifications
- Must be proficient in the use of a personal computer and supporting software including, and not limited to Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Publisher and advanced proficiency in Excel preferred.
