Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of business with a proactive client service approach, ensuring all deadlines and service standards are met.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, producers, and service teams; respond to questions regarding policies and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal partners.
  • Maintain accurate records of policies, renewals, payments, and related documentation.
  • Stay current on industry trends, regulations, tools, and resources to effectively advise and support clients.
  • Cook up and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal partners.
  • Coordinate firm resources (Claims, Legal, Safety, Marketing, Technology, etc.) to deliver on client needs and purchased services.
  • Aid in marketing, placement, and renewal of new and existing business in accordance with established workflows.
  • Support client lifecycle projects, including preparing materials for recurring client meetings.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and enhance the overall client experience.
  • Travel to client sites, carrier meetings, and regional offices as needed; perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • A two or four-year degree preferred.
  • Experience in managing a book of Employee Benefits accounts required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic PowerPoint functions.
  • Prior customer service experience required.
  • One year of experience with agency management system or CRM preferred, preferably EPIC.
  • L&H license required.
