Responsibilities
- Counsels and assists employees with issues affecting job-related performance and personal well-being.
- Evaluates and recommends outside treatment and counseling if necessary.
Requirements
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, or relevant licensed professional
- Approximately 3 years of experience
- Provides psychosocial assessments and short-term counseling services for employees
