Allure Healthcare Services is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join its float pool. Float pool nurses work across multiple units—including memory care, rehab, long‑term care, and more—gaining varied experience while choosing shifts that fit their lifestyle. Positions are available at locations throughout Illinois: Prophetstown, Mt Carroll, Geneseo, Moline, Galesburg, Lake Storey (Galesburg), Waverly Place of Stockton, Sterling, Knox County (Galesburg), Pinecrest (Mt. Morris), Zion, QC (Moline), Peru, Walnut, Mendota.

Pay

$45/hour for Registered Nurses; $37/hour for Licensed Practical Nurses.

Schedule

Make your own schedule – PRN, full‑time, or part‑time shifts available.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with care plans and physician orders
• Supervise, guide, and support CNAs to ensure high‑quality care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly
• Coordinate resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Maintain accurate documentation in PointClickCare (PCC)
• Foster resident‑centered care and build strong relationships with families

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Illinois RN or LPN license
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to provide compassionate, quality care in a fast‑paced environment
