Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in creative direction for music, fashion, and performance projects
• Collaborate with producers, stylists, and choreographers to develop stage concepts
• Engage with fans through digital content, live events, and social media platforms
• Contribute to songwriting, recording, and production sessions
• Maintain a high level of performance quality in rehearsals and live shows
• Represent the brand at public appearances, interviews, and promotional activities

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional performance experience in music, dance, or entertainment
• Strong vocal and dance skills with ability to adapt to multiple genres
• Fluency in Korean and English (spoken and written)
• Ability to travel internationally for tours and promotions
• Experience with social media content creation and fan engagement
• Must be available for evening and weekend rehearsals and performances

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Performing Arts, Music, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Proven track record of released music or performance credits
• Experience working in a team-oriented creative environment
• Knowledge of current trends in K-Pop, fashion, and global pop culture

• Proficient in using digital audio workstations for demo recording

Pay

Base salary starting from ₩50,000,000 annually, plus performance-based incentives and royalty shares.

Schedule

Full-time with flexible hours based on project demands; includes evenings, weekends, and international travel periods. Typical weekly commitment: 40–50 hours during active production cycles.
