About the role

Carolina Poly, the largest plastics manufacturer, is hiring Packers to join its production team. The company produces various polyethylene product lines, including high-quality trash bags and construction plastics.

Responsibilities

• Pack and palletize plastic products.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Take on additional responsibilities and opportunities as needed or assigned by management.

Requirements

• At least six months of work experience in an industrial environment.

Skills

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced process environment.
• Ability to work night or day shift as assigned by management.
• Ability to learn Carolina Poly’s processes and procedures.
