About the role

We are seeking dynamic and professional individuals to join our team as Model Scouts and Bookers. The ideal candidates will have a keen eye for talent, strong networking skills, and a passion for the fashion and modeling industry. This role involves discovering new talent, managing model portfolios, and coordinating bookings for various assignments.

Responsibilities

• Scout and recruit new modeling talent through various channels, including social media, open calls, and industry events.
• Assess potential models based on industry standards and agency requirements.
• Manage and develop model portfolios, ensuring they are up-to-date and professionally presented.
• Coordinate and confirm bookings for models, ensuring all details are accurately communicated to clients and talent.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, photographers, and production teams to secure consistent work for models.
• Negotiate contracts and fees on behalf of the agency and models.
• Provide guidance and support to models regarding career development, industry expectations, and professional conduct.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the agency’s global network to facilitate international opportunities for models.

Requirements

• Proven experience in model scouting, booking, or a related role within the fashion and modeling industry.
