About the role

The EMI/EMC Engineer/Analyst - Space Exploration Avionics System is responsible for designing and testing avionics systems to ensure they meet electromagnetic interference and emission standards.

Responsibilities

  • Design and analyze avionics systems to comply with EMI/EMC regulations
  • Conduct tests to measure system performance and identify potential issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EMI/EMC solutions into product development
  • Document findings and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in EMI/EMC engineering
  • Strong knowledge of RF and analog circuit design
  • Experience with EMC testing equipment and standards
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CAD software for schematic and PCB design
  • Good understanding of signal integrity and grounding principles
