Join our Saint Luke's team as an EMG Technician!

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for and perform nerve conduction studies (NCS)
• Prepare patients for needle electromyography (EMG) to be performed by a supervising physician
• Work in a courteous and professional manner with patients, staff, and medical providers

Requirements

• Previous EEG/EMG Tech experience preferred
• Location: Plaza with occasional travel to South location

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic medical terminology
• Basic anatomy and neurophysiology of the neuromuscular system
• HIPPA ASHA standards knowledge
• General understanding of NCS EMG equipment (desirable)

Skills

• Ability to work in a courteous and professional manner
• Basic understanding of NCS EMG equipment (desirable)
