Emerging Technology Engineer

About the role

Partner closely with our Business Technology teams to design, develop, enhance, and support solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and other Enterprise applications. Play a key role in delivering innovative business solutions, managing projects through the software development lifecycle, and helping to implement emerging technologies including automation, cloud-based services, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to improve business operations.

As a member of our Business Technology team, you will provide application support, troubleshoot complex issues, participate in solution design and code reviews, and ensure high-quality, scalable deployments through Agile and DevOps best practices. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence technology strategy, and continuously expand your expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Logic Apps, and other modern business technologies while making a meaningful impact on Grande's growth and success.

Requirements

• 4-year/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field required. An equivalent level of experience may be considered.
• Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of relevant experience in the development, maintenance, and support of business applications; or
• Associate’s degree and five (5) years of relevant experience in the development, maintenance, and support of business applications.
• Demonstrated experience maintaining and supporting vendor-provided business applications.
• Demonstrated aptitude to lead small to mid-size projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft development tools (Visual Studio, VSCode, DevOps, SSIS), frameworks (.NET Core, C#).
• Some proficiency with Azure Cloud PaaS services (AppService, Azure SQL, PowerApps, Power Automate).
• Basic exposure to Microsoft SaaS offerings, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 (FnO & CRM), is beneficial.
