We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections with real content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, application instructions, duplicated lines, etc. Must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Must include Pay and Schedule only if posting actually states them. The posting includes salary range: "The current salary range for this position is $45,000 - $71,550." That's pay info. So we can include Pay section with that. Schedule? The posting mentions "Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours." Also "Works alternate schedule with the Store Manager with minimal overlap". So schedule info present. So we can include Schedule section with that. Benefits? The posting includes a link to benefits but no description. It says "To review benefits, please click here jobs.walgreens.com/benefits." That's not substantive benefit details. According to rule: never create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It only gives a link, not actual benefits. So we should not include Benefits section. Skills? Not explicitly listed; maybe implied but not explicit. We should not create Skills unless content. Qualifications? There's Basic Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. That's qualifications. So we can have Qualifications section with both basic and preferred. Requirements? Could be similar to qualifications but we can combine? The instruction: use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have content. About the role: we have introductory sentences: "Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters. Responsible for managing front end of the store and making recommendations on the overall operations of the Pharmacy and Retail Store. Supports Store Manager with the overall operation of the store to achieve company deliverables; Works alternate schedule with the Store Manager with minimal overlap; Assumes responsibilities of all store activities in the absence of the Store Manager. Ensures proper merchandising, protection of store assets, and improves store sales and profitability." That's about the role. So we can put About the role. Responsibilities: many bullet-like sentences. We'll extract responsibilities. Requirements: maybe we can treat Basic Qualifications as Requirements? But we already have Qualifications section. Could have both Requirements and Qualifications but risk duplication. Better to follow typical: Responsibilities, Qualifications (including basic and preferred), Pay, Schedule. About the role maybe optional but we have content. We'll include About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title. Use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all points from the posting, but we can format as lists. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions (like "To review benefits, please click here..."), also the line "This information is being provided to promote pay transparency..." etc. Also "We will consider employment of qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records." That's EEO-ish; should remove. Also "An Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/veterans." Remove. Also "This role will remain open until filled." That's application instruction; remove. Also the link to benefits; remove. We need to keep the salary range. Keep schedule info: "Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours." Also "Works alternate schedule with the Store Manager with minimal overlap". Also maybe "Assumes responsibilities of all store activities in the absence of the Store Manager." That's more about role. We need to keep all responsibilities: leading team, recruitment, hiring, performance management, discipline, customer experience, resolving complaints, modeling best practices, monitoring customer service, coaching, training, developing plans, empowering team, improving metrics, supervising operations, assigning daily activities, delegating tasks, opening/closing/changing shifts, approving time records, time off, managing scheduling conflicts, collaborating with external partners, supporting partnerships, supporting Store Manager leveraging data, supervising cash management, supervising front end and pharmacy inventory, completing resets/revisions and price changes, analyzing inventory trends, creating corrective action plans, training/coaching team members on inventory SOPs, ensuring execution of operational feedback, ensuring store interior/exterior clean, managing repair/maintenance, responding to emergencies, ensuring team members have working knowledge of computer/technology systems, providing safety and well-being, utilizing Security Operations Center, complying with policies, managing operations, ensuring compliance with laws (sale of alcohol, tobacco, fresh food, pharmacy products), completing special assignments, analyzing financial/performance data, creating action plans, using operating statements, KPIs, engaging team, driving solutions, collaborating with Store Manager to identify sales opportunities, supporting pharmacy during busy periods (including serving as pharmacy technician), leading and training team members, providing training/mentoring/coaching/support for career development, responsible for discipline, coaching meetings, recommendations regarding performance management including discipline/termination, managing team member performance by assigning responsibilities, developing performance plans, setting goals/expectations, observing performance, providing feedback, giving recognition, acquiring and retaining talent, building pipelines, ensuring diverse pipeline, anticipating staffing needs, developing talent plan, managing candidate pool, participating in interview process, making hiring decisions, ensuring proper procedures for selection/recruitment/record retention/training per policy and law, establishing culture of accountability via expectations, performance improvement plans, constructive discipline, completing Store Manager learning and development program, completing required learning/development courses/certifications/training assigned, monitoring own performance, seeking feedback, committing to self-development, having Individual Development Plan, obtaining/maintaining valid pharmacy technician license as required by state, communicating regularly with team members via one-on-one discussions, group meetings, responding to questions/concerns, assisting Store Manager in planning/communicating company/store strategy. Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico). Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours. Willingness to accept promotion into a Store Manager position, if promotion is offered, which could require relocation to a different store location. Ability to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets located within the same hiring Area. Preferred qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree. Internal candidates: Management experience, including supervising others, managing, and assigning work. Experience across both front-end and pharmacy. External candidates: Business majors. Prior retail or food industry experience. We need to avoid duplication: schedule appears both in basic qualifications and earlier. We'll include schedule in Schedule section only, not duplicate. We need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now produce HTML. Structure:
