About the role
Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters. Manages the front end of the store and makes recommendations on overall operations. Supports the Store Manager with store operations to achieve company goals.
Responsibilities
- Manages store team members, including recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline.
- Engages customers and resolves complaints to ensure a positive experience.
- Monitors and coaches team members to improve customer service and sales.
- Safeguards store assets, manages cash, inventory, and performs regular maintenance.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and regulations, including alcohol and tobacco sales.
- Communicates with team members and supports the Store Manager in strategic planning.
- Trains and mentors team members, and manages their performance and development.
- Supports pharmacy operations during busy periods, including as a pharmacy technician.
Requirements
Full-time position requiring flexibility with schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be fluent in English and willing to relocate if needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Two years of supervisory experience, or completion of a Walgreens Community Internship Program.
- Strong leadership, communication, and business acumen.
- Completion of Walgreens Leadership Essentials training within 12 weeks of starting the role.
Skills
Customer service excellence, effective communication, leadership, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

$45,000 - $71,550 annually.
