Responsibilities

  • Earn college credits towards a certificate, diploma, or degree while working part-time at Zumbiel.
  • Receive tuition reimbursement after completing the program.
  • Graduate college debt-free with valuable work experience.
  • Apply to one of several training positions: Maintenance Mechanical Trainee, Electrical Trainee, Cutting Department Die Cutter Trainee, Finishing Department Gluer Operator Trainee, Human Resources, Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing, Information Technology.
  • Pass a background check, drug screening, physical, and audiogram before starting the program.
  • Communicate effectively with management, peers, and employees, demonstrating active listening, attention to detail, and a strong customer focus.
  • Show judgment in defining problems, identifying options, and solving issues to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, maintaining normal levels of concentration and accuracy.
  • Comply with company guidelines and safety policies, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment as required.

Requirements

  • No prior experience necessary.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
