Emerging Leader Development Associate

About the role

This role is designed as a fast track into the business, offering direct P&L ownership within two years. It involves working closely with Business Unit Managers and senior leadership on real P&L decisions, large-scale projects, and operational challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the business and its financial architecture
  • Manage financial reporting accurately, on time, and make it useful
  • Drive projects with a focus on results
  • Earn access to senior leaders through value-added contributions and follow-through
  • Develop operational competencies in pricing strategy, customer proposal analysis, budget management, and cost recovery
  • Represent Eurofins effectively across all levels and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience showing real ownership and growth
  • Demonstrated ability to manage up and down, comfortable with C-suite and lab floor interactions
  • Strong analytical skills and high emotional intelligence
  • Self-directed and comfortable in ambiguity

Qualifications

  • Lab operations experience
  • Project management skills
