- Experience representing investors in venture capital transactions
- Ability to provide comprehensive counsel to high-growth startups
- Experience advising on corporate governance matters
Qualifications
Candidates must possess a strong understanding of the technology and life sciences sectors, and have proven experience in venture capital financings, representing emerging companies and startups, and general corporate governance and affairs.
