Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain cutting-edge fire apparatus and emergency vehicles
- Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and pump systems
- Perform on-site repairs and field service calls with professionalism and urgency
- Partner with service managers and technical teams to deliver top-tier customer service
- Ensure first responders can trust their equipment—because lives depend on it
Requirements
- Solid mechanical or electrical repair experience (emergency vehicle background is a bonus!)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a “get-it-done” attitude
- Able to work independently in the field and provide exceptional customer support
- Desire to continually learn, grow, and master new technologies
- A passion for contributing to a mission that matters
Qualifications
- Class B CDL - preferred
- Industry experience - preferred

Pay
Compensation: In accordance with pay transparency requirements, this role offers a salary range of $27.00 - $47.00 per hour, with final compensation determined by experience, skills, and internal equity.
Schedule
Travel by air or car frequently
ADA Requirements
Typically sits, grasp items and performs keyboarding for frequent operation of a computer
Stand, walk, bend, reach or otherwise move about regularly
Lift, move, or otherwise transfer items up to 40 lbs occasionally, >20 lbs frequently
Occasional exposure to typical machine shop physical hazards
