Emergency Technician - Per Diem Multiple Schedule Available

About the role

This is a Per Diem/On-Call position, with multiple Shifts/Schedule available. Works closely with all members of the emergency team to provide direct patient care to optimize positive patient care outcomes. Assists the physician/nurse practitioner during procedures by providing the appropriate sutures, supplies, instruments, and equipment. Maintains proper sterile technique during the procedure.

Requirements

• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (Vendor Managed)
• Prevention and Management of Assaultive Behavior (PMAB)
• Annually
• 1 year Relevant experience; patient care or clinical experience preferred.
• Experience acquired during certification or licensure process, military experience as medical personnel or senior clinical nursing student is also considered.

Qualifications

• Current or previous EMT, Paramedic
• Completion of Medical Assistant Program or CNA certificate

Pay

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
