About the role
The Emergency Technician position at Providence Saint John’s Health Center in Santa Monica, CA, is available both Full-Time and Per Diem, with shifts including Day and Evening. The schedule can be discussed during the interview process.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate teamwork and initiative by cooperating and interacting with physicians, physician assistants, interdepartmental staff, patients and families to maintain communication resulting in positive patient outcomes.
- Maintain productivity by establishing priorities and practicing cost-effective methods in the delivery of care and performing assigned duties.
Requirements
- Completion of EMT 1 Training program or equivalent education/experience.
- California Emergency Medical Technician License or California Emergency Medical Technician Advanced License or California Paramedic License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of experience.
