Responsibilities

• Develop the strategy and execute the work for Large Loss commercial and residential projects.
• Provide project direction and updates to all involved parties.
• Coordinate and execute large loss mitigation projects overall.
• Negotiate and contract scope of work with trade partners.
• Communicate daily with Large Loss Coordinator on project status, labor, and consumable usage.
• Define project schedule and track drying progress.
• Identify and resolve job-site challenges to facilitate completion of mitigation.
• Send daily written communication to all project stakeholders, including project progression and challenges.
• Ensure project quality controls and job site appearance.
• Maintain all job-site safety compliance.
• Source labor and equipment as needed to execute projects.
• Conduct weekly team meetings per project with respective project teams.
• Complete hand-off to reconstruction teams when necessary.
• Proactively address potential problems before they manifest.
• Assist Production Manager with day-to-day execution of residential work, depending on workload.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed.

Requirements

• Demonstrates and models Zolman Restoration’s core values.
• 7+ years of Commercial and Residential Water Mitigation/Mold Experience.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Problem-solving mindset.
• IICRC Certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT) preferred.
• High integrity and trustworthiness.

• Excellent communication abilities.
