Responsibilities

• Assess, record, and monitor patient symptoms and history
• Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members
• Manage care for patients with life-threatening conditions and perform triage interventions
• Assist physicians with examinations, diagnostic tests, and treatments
• Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications
