Emergency Room RN (Full-Time) (Days)

Responsibilities

• Promotes patient- and family-centered care in a healing environment.
• Educates patients and families on managing illnesses, injuries, and post-treatment needs.
• Participates in activities to ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.
• Considers patient preferences, values, and barriers to involvement in care, respecting cultural and spiritual needs.

Qualifications & Skills

• RN license required; BSN degree preferred.
• Emergency department experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness at all times.
