About the role
The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with medical providers and the care team.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient pain
- Perform procedures
- Document care
- Respond promptly to patient needs
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatments, medications, and lifestyle modifications
Key Duties
- Provide individualized care
- Promote effective pain management
- Ensure thorough documentation
- Anticipate patient needs
- Support patient education for self-management and follow-up care
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year RN experience
- Certifications required within specified timeframes: Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Basic Cardiac Life Support, Nonviolent Crisis Intervention, PALS, and Trauma Nursing Core Course
- Associate, Bachelor's, or Master's Degree in Nursing required
