Veterinary Website Development Specialist

EVCC is seeking a skilled Veterinary Website Development Specialist to join our team. This position will be based in multiple locations across Indiana and Michigan.

About the role

The Veterinary Website Development Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality veterinary websites. They will work closely with veterinarians and practice managers to ensure that the websites meet their needs and are user-friendly.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom veterinary websites
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and goals
• Ensure websites are accessible and compliant with web standards
• Implement best practices for search engine optimization (SEO)
• Monitor website performance and make necessary updates
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in web development and design
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress
• Experience with SEO and web analytics tools
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of veterinary terminology and practices
• Experience working with veterinary clients and stakeholders
