About the role

At EVCC, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Veterinary Websites Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality veterinary websites that enhance patient care and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom veterinary websites using industry-standard web technologies.
• Collaborate with veterinarians, practice managers, and clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Ensure websites are user-friendly, accessible, and meet ADA compliance standards.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and online presence.
• Monitor website performance and make necessary updates to maintain optimal functionality.
• Stay current with the latest web design trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in web development and/or website management.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies.
• Experience with content management systems such as WordPress or Joomla.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of veterinary practices and terminology.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
