About the role
Uintah Pet Emergency is looking for a customer service representative to join our team in our Colorado Springs office. This person will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, patient triage and maintaining current hospital policy and protocol knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound client communications
- Answer incoming calls and emails to address client questions, requests and issues.
- Consult on client/ patient success - Advise clients on how to successfully leverage the product/service based on their unique needs and DVM direction.
- Maintain working product knowledge - Act as a hospital representative to ensure information given to client is accurate, up-to-date and strategic.
- Track interactions in CRM - Record client interactions in internal system for cross-functional awareness and relationship development.
Requirements
- High school Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years proven experience in supporting client success
- Prior experience in veterinary medicine as CSR/ VA/VT
- Prior experience in veterinary emergency medicine preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude
- Passion for delighting customers with above and beyond service
- Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
- Familiarity with CRM system
