About the role
Provide emergency care in a busy ED with approximately 15,000 annual visits; manage patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment; collaborate with a team of physicians and PAs; support efforts to achieve Trauma Level IV designation; ensure quality patient care within a 12-room ED with on-site lab and radiology services.
Qualifications & Skills
- Medical degree and applicable emergency medicine certification
- Strong clinical skills in emergency patient management
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Teamwork and communication skills
Key Duties
- Deliver comprehensive emergency medical services
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Support hospital trauma and safety standards
