Responsibilities

• Provide emergency care to patients
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and quality of care
• Participate in continuing medical education and professional development activities

Requirements

• MD or DO degree (foreign educational equivalent accepted)
• Eligible to obtain an unrestricted West Virginia medical license
• Emergency medicine board certified
• Completed an accredited emergency medicine residency program and/or a recognized board within ABMS

Qualifications

• All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment

• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
