About the Role

Part-time Emergency Medicine Physician position in Erie, PA with a national wound physician group. This role offers clinical satisfaction, autonomy, flexibility, and work-life balance with no nights, no call, and no weekend clinical responsibilities.

Our physicians provide bedside wound care in over 3,200 facilities across 28 states. You will utilize cutting-edge clinical technologies and the latest wound care modalities while learning from highly qualified wound-certified physician trainers and Fellowship Directors.

Full-time W2 physicians earn on average $300,000 per year plus benefits, with a routine 45-hour work week. This is a mobile practice where physicians visit facilities within a 40–60 mile radius of the practice location, conducting weekly wound rounds at each facility.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in wound management through specialized training and a wound fellowship.
• Provide bedside wound care in skilled nursing facilities and long-term acute care hospitals.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at 2-3 facilities per day, treating approximately 20-30 patients daily.
• Perform clinical documentation in real-time during rounds using a proprietary wound-specific EMR.

Requirements

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week for part-time roles.
• No work visa sponsorship is available.

Schedule

• Full-time: Monday - Friday (7am-4pm), 4-5 days per week.
• Part-time: Minimum of 3 days per week (same hours).
• No call or weekend clinical responsibilities.
