About the Role

Part-time Emergency Medicine Physician position in Sheboygan, WI with a national wound physician group. This role offers clinical satisfaction, autonomy, flexibility, and work-life balance with no nights, no call, and no weekend clinical responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in wound management, learning from highly qualified wound-certified physician trainers and Fellowship Directors.
  • Utilize cutting-edge clinical technologies and the latest wound care modalities.
  • Provide bedside wound care in skilled nursing facilities and long-term acute care hospitals.
  • Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
  • Visit 2-3 facilities per day, treating approximately 20-30 patients daily.
  • Perform clinical documentation at the point of care in real-time using a proprietary wound-specific EMR.
  • Work within a 40–60 mile radius of the practice location.

Requirements

  • Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice.
  • Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week for part-time roles.
  • W2 employment contract (no work visa sponsorship available).

Schedule

  • Full-time work: Monday–Friday (7 AM–4 PM) or part-time available.
  • Part-time role: minimum of 3 days per week.
  • Full-time role: 4–5 days per week.
  • No call or weekend clinical responsibilities.

Pay

W2 full-time physicians earn on average $300,000 per year plus benefits. Part-time compensation is prorated based on hours worked.
