This Part-Time Emergency Medicine Physician Position in Oshkosh, WI offers clinical satisfaction, autonomy, and flexibility, with a focus on work-life balance. The role involves no nights, no call, and no weekend clinical responsibilities.

Responsibilities

As a physician in this role, you will become an expert in wound management, learning from highly qualified wound certified physician trainers and Fellowship Directors. You will utilize cutting-edge clinical technologies and the latest wound care modalities to provide bedside wound care in over 3,200 facilities across 28 states.

  • Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility
  • Treat approximately 20-30 patients per day at 2-3 facilities
  • Complete clinical documentation in real-time during clinical rounds using a proprietary wound specific EMR

Requirements

  • Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice
  • Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week
  • W2 employment contract (No work visa sponsorship is available)

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will have the ability to appreciate autonomy and flexibility in their work schedule. Paid training is provided during onboarding, including a 6-month wound care fellowship.

Pay

W2 full-time physicians earn on average $300,000 per year, plus benefits. The part-time role offers a similar compensation structure, with a minimum of 3 days per week.

Schedule

The full-time work schedule is Monday - Friday (7am-4pm), while part-time positions are available with a minimum of 3 weekdays per week. The role is a mobile practice, with physicians visiting facilities in a 40-60 mile radius of the practice location.
