Emergency Medicine Physician
About the Role
The Department of Emergency Medicine at The MetroHealth System, a principal teaching hospital of the Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) School of Medicine, is seeking additional faculty physicians to join the academic emergency medicine team at the Parma campus Emergency Department. Physicians are engaged in clinical care, teaching, research, and academic leadership, playing a key role in the education of medical students, residents, and fellows.
Specialty Interest
While not required, the department has a particular interest in candidates with fellowship training in the following areas:
- Pediatric Emergency Medicine
- EMS
- Clinical Informatics
- Emergency Ultrasound
Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
- Demonstrated excellence in clinical skills, teaching, and interdisciplinary collaboration
