Responsibilities

• Deliver high-stakes care with speed and precision, supported by tools and systems that respect your clinical judgment and elevate your ability to make life-saving decisions.
• Collaborate with emergency physicians, nurses, specialists, and hospital partners to lead coordinated care in a busy 14,000-volume emergency department.
• Take ownership of every moment, leading clinical strategy, mentoring peers, and driving performance across fast-paced emergency departments.
• Bring clear thinking and calm leadership to unpredictable situations, balancing rapid decision-making with compassion for patients, families, and your team.

Requirements

• Board-certified/eligible in emergency or family medicine with emergency medicine experience.
• New graduates, residents, and fellows are encouraged to apply.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications
