Sound Physicians is a physician-founded and led, patient-first medical group in Pittsburg, Kansas. We are seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician or Family Medicine Physician with Emergency Medicine experience to join our team.
Qualifications
- Board-certified/eligible Emergency Medicine Physicians or Family Medicine Physicians with Emergency Medicine experience

Scheduling
We offer a flexible schedule with full-time status at 120 hours per month. Shift times are 6 AM - 6 PM and 6 PM - 6 AM.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care in a 13-bed Level IV emergency department, managing a diverse range of cases with 14,800 annual visits.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including specialists and imaging professionals, to deliver top-tier care.
- Engage in regular monthly, remote, and in-person meetings to foster team collaboration and provide a platform for feedback and continuous improvement.

Compensation
- Well-rounded compensation package which includes employed status and an excellent benefits package.
- Up to $75k sign-on bonus available.
- Up to $50k retention bonus available.
