Emergency Medicine Physician
About the Role
As an Emergency Medicine physician at Holy Rosary Hospital, you'll work with a team of providers that prioritizes patient care. Throughout the day, you'll collaborate with excellent support staff, on-site specialties, and visiting specialties from our sister care site in Billings.
- Competitive compensation: $407,160 base salary plus potential for excess shift pay and night pay.
- Incentives: $25,000 starting bonus, up to $20,000 relocation bonus (if applicable), and up to $100,000 in student loan repayment bonuses (if applicable). PSLF eligible.
- Practice at Holy Rosary Hospital in Miles City, Montana.
- Full-time schedule: 156 twelve-hour shifts per year.

- EPIC EMR system-wide utilization.
- Access and support from the larger Intermountain Health organization.
- Strong partnership with St. Vincent Regional Hospital, a Level 1 Trauma Center, Certified Stroke Center, and accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI.

Requirements
- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine.
- Residency trained in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine.
- Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline.
- Active, unobstructed Montana medical license, or the ability to obtain one.
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process.
- Passion for emergency medicine and rural communities.
- 3 to 5 years of Emergency Medicine experience is preferred.
- Open to working nights.

Pay
Base salary: $407,160. Additional compensation may include excess shift pay, night pay, starting bonus, relocation assistance, and student loan repayment bonuses.
Schedule
Full-time: 156 twelve-hour shifts per year (approximately 40 scheduled weekly hours).
