About the role
Emergency Medicine Physician position providing urgent care in a high-volume emergency department with an annual volume of 24,000 patients.
Responsibilities
- Cover shifts from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, collaborating with NP/PA coverage for 12–20 hours weekly.
- Deliver comprehensive emergency medical care.
- Utilize Cerner EMR system.
- Ensure patient safety and quality treatment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Certification in ACLS.
- ATLS (required for non‑EM boarded physicians).
- Board certification in Emergency Medicine or Family/Internal Medicine with EM experience.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication abilities.
