About the Role

This position offers an opportunity to practice in a physician-owned group with a culture devoted to constant improvement through evidence-based medicine. Clinicians work both at the main hospital and at the Sentara Martha Jefferson Outpatient Care Center at Proffit Road, with hospitalist and emergency department teams collaborating closely.

Compensation

Estimated employed W-2 pay range of $200/hour to $215/hour PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits, a 10% company-funded 401k, and USACS ownership stock.
