Emergency Medicine EMS Leadership Opportunity

Position Highlights

A split role of approximately 80% clinical shifts in the Emergency Department and 20% EMS administrative/leadership responsibilities, with opportunities for expanded EMS involvement.

Leadership Duties Include

  • Developing and implementing system-wide EMS protocols
  • Advancing EMS front-line clinical care and education to area EMS agencies and EMS clinicians
  • Sustaining EMS medical direction in contracted and affiliated systems
  • Strategic development of new technologies in EMS care and communication, including telemedicine

Compensation & Benefits

Clinical Rate: Starting at $165-175/hour for ED shifts with annual increase before eligibility for full partnership and productivity-based compensation at year 3.
EMS Stipend: $25,000 annually (with potential for growth).

Path to Partnership: Join a 3-year track to full, equal partnership. Partners enjoy significant salary escalation, with our main site partners recently earning over $300/hour. Our ownership is flat, meaning you become an equal shareholder with a voice in the group’s future.

Coverage: Malpractice, licensure, DEA, and credentialing expenses included.

Qualifications

  • BC/BE in Emergency Medicine
  • EMS fellowship or equivalent advanced EMS training required
  • Strong communication skills, dedication to patient care, and a growth mindset
