Schedule

• Coverage Type: Inpatient
• Schedule Type: Regular Hourly Coverage Only
• Dates of Need: 11/1/2026–ongoing
• Shift Times: 7am–7pm or 6pm–7am (majority of need is for night shift coverage)
• Provider Min # Shifts Required: 10–12 shifts per month (flexible on which shifts each month depending on provider availability)
• Guaranteed Hours per Day: 12
• Hours Worked for OT to apply: 12 hours per day
• Rates to be Filled Out on Bid: Clinic only — Regular, Orientation, Overtime, Holiday

Requirements

• Clean files preferred (no malpractice, clean NPDB, etc.); providers without a clean file will not be able to start until December, as temp privileges cannot be obtained to start in November
• Must be willing to work night shifts with some days as well, approximately half/half
• Must be comfortable intubating patients
• Looking for 1–2 providers to help with coverage

Credentialing

• Current CV
• License: Active only
• DEA Required: Yes
• Boards: BC or BE within 3 years of residency (ABEM highly preferred, but will consider FM or IM trained with extensive EM experience)
• Skills/Certs: BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS; NRP highly preferred

Additional Details

Volume is small; no OT is to be expected as providers usually leave on time and pass their patients over to the next physician on the schedule. General ER interviews will be with the Medical Director via a phone call.
