Leadership Opportunity
Assistant facility medical director role with dedicated administrative responsibilities. Partner closely with the facility medical director to support departmental operations, physician engagement, quality initiatives, patient experience, and overall emergency department performance. Help mentor physicians and APCs while fostering a collaborative, patient-centered culture. Opportunity to develop leadership skills within one of the nation's leading emergency medicine organizations.
Position Details
- W2 employed position
- Base rate + RVU compensation model

Candidate Requirements
- ABEM board certified
- Minimum of two years of post-residency EM experience preferred
- Prior leadership experience preferred but not required
- Active clinical practice within the last 12 months
- ACLS, PALS, and ATLS (expired certifications accepted)
