We are seeking an emergency medicine advanced practice provider to join our team at Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, New Hampshire.
Job Summary
Qualified Candidates: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certified, 1+ years of emergency medicine advanced practice provider practice experience, Comfortable working at a busy, stroke certified, level 3 trauma center, Excellent communication and clinical skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide medical care to patients presenting to the emergency department
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure patient care continuity
- Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results
- Prescribe medications and provide treatment plans
- Document patient encounters and treatments accurately
Requirements
- Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- At least 1 year of experience in emergency medicine advanced practice provider
- Experience working in a stroke certified, level 3 trauma center
- Excellent communication and clinical skills
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited program in Nursing or Physician Assistant
- Passing score on relevant national certification exam
