Work side-by-side with clinical teams as the first point of contact for patients and families. Support the patient journey through registration, insurance verification, admissions, and follow-up—helping create a positive experience during critical moments.

Required KSAs
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Licenses/Certifications: N/A
- Experience: Related experience in healthcare or customer service is preferred.
- Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Computer and data entry experience is required with Microsoft Word, e-mail, and internet communication, as well as the ability to work accurately and effectively with electronic systems.
