- Equal Opportunity Employer boilerplate: remove.
We need to decide sections.
We have:
- Job Summary (maybe "About the role"? The instruction says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can map:
Job Summary -> About the role (or maybe "Job Summary" but they gave examples; we can use "About the role").
Unit Description -> maybe "About the unit"? Not in list. Could be part of About the role? But we could create a separate section "Unit Description" but not in allowed list? The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., meaning examples, not exclusive. So we can use other headings if appropriate, but better to stick to those categories. However we need to preserve all substantive info. Could combine Unit Description into About the role or maybe a separate "About the unit" heading. The instruction didn't forbid other headings, just gave examples. It says "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can use those as headings; we could also use other meaningful headings like "Unit Description". Probably okay.
But they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe combine.
We need sections for:
- About the role (Job Summary + Unit Description maybe)
- Responsibilities (Essential Functions list)
- Requirements (Minimum Education, Training, And Experience Required + Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities + Licenses & Certifications Required)
- Qualifications (maybe same as Requirements? Could combine)
- Benefits (benefits package)
- Pay (hourly range)
- Schedule? Not mentioned explicitly; no schedule info. So we should not create Schedule section.
We also have Reporting Relationship: could be part of About the role or Requirements.
We need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits.
Thus:
- Responsibilities: list of essential functions (the bullet list). We'll put each as
- .
- Requirements: list of items: Ability to read, write and comprehend medical terminology; Current certification in BLSCNA Certification from the Maryland Board of Nursing as required by Health Occupations Article Title 8-6A-01; Completion of skill competency checklists.; Completion of departmental competencies within one year of hire.; CPR/BLS Cert Nursing Assistant (maybe separate). Also maybe Reporting Relationship? Not a requirement but could be included.
- Benefits: list of benefits: Health, Dental and Vision insurance (offered after 30 days, etc.), Life insurance, Short-Term Income Replacement, Long-Term Disability (employer paid), Paid Time Off program, 403B retirement plan with employer match, free financial planning sessions, educational assistance program, employer paid Employee Assistance Program.
We need to preserve all substantive info: include details like "offered the 1st of the month after 30 days of employment to all employees hired to work at least 20 hours per week and we offer multiple plans". Also "Life insurance, Short-Term Income Replacement and Long-Term Disability are employer paid for eligible employees." etc.
We'll put them as
- items.
Pay: hourly range $20.55 - $27.91. Also mention pay based on experience, skills, education; pro-rated for part-time; shift differential/overtime possible. We'll include that in a
maybe.
We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. Not present.
We need to remove EEO boilerplate.
Now produce HTML fragment.
