About the role
Hospitals on Incredible Health is hiring for an Emergency Department (RN) position in the Boca Raton, FL area.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first line of defense for patients requiring urgent medical care
- Treat patients suffering from trauma, injury, or severe medical conditions
- Quickly assess patients' needs and prioritize care
- Maintain and operate medical equipment
- Participate in emergency situations such as code blues
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
Requirements
- ADN or higher degree in nursing
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
- 1+ years of experience in an emergency room (ER) setting preferred
- ACLS, PALS certification preferred
- Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Qualifications
