Emergency Department RN - 10,000 Sign on Bonus

The ideal ED RN thrives in a fast-paced clinical envrionment, demonstrates sound clinical judgement, and is committed to delivering safe, timely and patient-centered emergency care. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, including evaluation of presenting symptoms, vital signs, and changes in patient condition.Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed intervention in accordance with provider orders and facility policies.Monitor patient responses to treament and promptly communicate changes.Assist with procedures, stabilization efforts and other time-sensitive interventions.Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in the EHR.Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.Provide clear discharge instructions, patient education and communication with familes when appropriate. Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse(RN) license in Florida or multi-state nursing license.Nursing degree from an accedited nursing program.Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.1 year of Acute Care ER RN experience. Shifts Mixed (Rotating Weekends) All Shifts 3-12 hour shifts with rotating weekends. Days 7a-7p or Nights 7p-7a.
