About the role
Staff Registered Nurse in a freestanding Emergency Department.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality emergency care, including rapid triage, medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and cardiac rhythm assessment.
- Coordinate with physicians and the care team to ensure effective patient treatment.
- Document all care activities accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Educate patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and discharge instructions.
- Support safe discharges or admissions, ensuring proper patient transition.
