Emergency Department Nurse Residency - Full-Time

About the role

Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care, evaluate care effectiveness, coordinate with other departments, uphold patient rights and confidentiality, and perform duties aligned with organizational standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage a 63-bed unit with a patient ratio of 3-4 nurses, collaborating closely with physicians
• Participate in a 16-week nurse residency program
• Pursue opportunities for ongoing education and certifications

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current Missouri RN license
• BLS certification
• Physical ability to perform demanding tasks
