eMEDIX DevOps Engineer
Your Contribution
Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid, reliable software delivery.
Monitor system health, performance, and availability; respond to incidents and lead root cause analysis.
Ensure all infrastructure and deployments meet HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security standards.
Manage and optimize infrastructure (currently in CGM hosted datacenter, potentially looking to move to Azure/AWS type environment in future).
Manage configuration, secrets, and environment pipelining across dev, staging, and production environments.
Support disaster recovery planning, backup strategies, and business continuity processes.
Manage/execute maintenance window tasks, for example partnering with IT team to coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of system patches.
Your Qualification
- Minimum 3 years of DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or infrastructure engineering experience
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Subversion, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
- Proficiency with cloud platforms — AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, or Prometheus preferred
- Experience supporting SOC 2 or HITRUST audit processes a plus
