Primary Duties
- Assesses work area for safety hazards and/or safety improvements
- Organizes the work area to ensure 5S is properly maintained
- Participates in company, site, and assigned production area meetings as scheduled
- Communicates issues to other teams and management to actively solve problems
- Performs operator maintenance on each assigned machine
- Performs start-up test swatch on each machine prior to starting production
- Prioritizes work orders based on due dates and management direction
- Analyzes digitized files to ensure satisfactory embroidery execution
- Configures the job specification in the machine’s controller per work order
- Evaluates each job is properly fixtured prior to execution
- Loads the embroidery machine properly
- Operates automatic CNC embroidery machines with multiple sewing heads and needles
- Maintains speed and accuracy in accordance with the engineered standards
- Monitors multiple machines during operations to fix thread breaks and make adjustments
- Records all production, damages and issues on daily production paperwork
- Ensures quality standards by examining finished products
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of related experience preferred
- Ability to read and understand digitized files
- Knowledge of embroidery techniques and equipment
- Ability to operate CNC embroidery machines with multiple sewing heads and needles
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Shift Differential
$1.00 per hour
