Pay

$21.25/hour (includes $1.50/hour shift differential) – piece rate position.

Schedule

Monday–Thursday 3:15 pm–12:45 am, Friday 12:00 pm–4:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Work in a temperature-controlled environment.
• Inspect embroidered products (e.g., shirts, sweatshirts, coats, sweatpants, shorts) and prepare them for shipping or storage.
• Use work orders to determine proper design placement on garments.
• Review work orders and remove embroidery design backings.
• Fold and stack packaged products; sort by colors and sizes.
• Attach barcodes, stickers, and hang tags as needed.
• Complete and verify accuracy of production tracking paperwork.

Requirements

• Ability to read and comprehend work orders.
• Process work orders accurately, efficiently, and safely with minimal errors.
• Detail-oriented to meet high-quality embroidery design standards.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of knowledge of related embroidery equipment, including uses, adjustments, and maintenance.
• 1+ years of utilizing basic math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds 3–4 feet high to move and stack boxes and totes.
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, reach, and grip throughout the work shift.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).

Preferred: Skilled in troubleshooting and solving problems.
